Returns: You can request a return within 15 calendar days of receipt.

Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges: The first exchange due to size is free.

Request a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. 

Out of Stock: If your order cannot be fulfilled within 10 days, you will have the choice to either:

• Cancel the order and receive a full refund.
• Wait for the production of the item, which may take up to 3-4 weeks.

Customs and Duties (International Shipments):

UK & USA Orders: Items are shipped from Spain. Customers are responsible for any customs procedures and taxes in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or logistics.
